At Collector's Cage, we want you to feel confident in your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Item

  Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring the Collector's Cage security tag is still attached and the item is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists authenticate and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
